· Compression
Compression can be helpful during an injury. It has been said that applying pressure to an injury can cure swelling because it limits the flow of blood. You can cure it by applying elastic bandages, static bandages, or a compression device. The pressure is the main focus, so people should adjust it accurately without being constrictive.

You can wear support hose to stop internal swelling. Avoiding salt and try to keep your arm above the chest when you take rest.
