All cases (in person or online) at Ethos Healthcare are personally supervised by Dr Sunil Kumar Sharma himself. There is no team of unseen doctors. If you are unable to visit the clinic personally or staying in a far off place you can still ‘meet or contact’ Dr Sunil Kumar Sharma by email, phone or by cyber conference. This is done because of following reasons :

The Process of Online Therapy
The process of online therapy is very simple and convenient. But you are requested to read it and follow instructions carefully since it involves your health and happiness. In case of any doubt, please feel free to contact us. Our normal response time is 12 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). The entire online consultation process involves constant interaction between Dr S K Sharma and you.
Step 1 Appointment with Dr S K Sharma
Write to us about your need for online consultation. Choose payment option and send applicable fees. On receiving the request and applicable fees you will be given earliest possible appointment.
Step 2 First Course
According to condition, first course of appropriate number of sessions is booked. The first course covers in-depth analysis and therapy sessions. The case are totally analyzed and managed by Dr Sunil Kumar Sharma. These are very comprehensive and interactive sessions. In cases where medicine is indicated, complete set of medicines along with instructions are sent by secured post.
Step 3 Follow Up / Subsequent Course
After first course, improvement in condition is constantly observed. The gains of first course are implemented in real life. On the basis of observation of benefits and remaining problems, the frequency of follow-up sessions is decided.

- All appointments for therapies with Dr Sunil Kumar Sharma must be booked in advance. Expected waiting time is 7 – 10 days. In case of emergency you will be given topmost priority.
- The therapy and medicine charges must be paid in advance. These are not refundable or adjustable.
- By asking for therapy or treatment it is assumed that you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions and given your informed consent for the services.
- All disputes must be settled in New Delhi, India only.
